The Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 has been enhanced with the addition of Independent Mode to the user selectable options of Hardware RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and Span. In Independent Mode, each drive mounts as an individual volume. With the flexibility of multiple drive modes and high-speed USB 3.0, FireWire 800 and eSATA interfaces, the Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 offers the discerning user the ideal combination of speed, capacity, and redundancy to handle demanding applications.
The Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 features four hot-swappable bays, multiple interface support, and up to 16TB of available storage capacity. It is engineered specifically for applications such as backup, audio/video, photography, data management, and data-intensive processes.

FireWire 800 (two), USB 3.0, and eSATA interfaces provide compatibility and interoperability with multiple operating systems and computers. Front panel LEDs allow for at-a-glance system status checks. A removable key lock ensures the installed hard drives and selected RAID mode remain secure. Four hot-swappable bays currently support up to 16TB of drive capacity.
